What we do
- Founded in Montreal in 1987, we provide technical support,
high precision machining of advanced components and mechanical assembly as well as management of outside processes (OP). - We focus on complicated 3D shapes that can be precisely machined with our 5‑axis DMG DMU50 Ultrasonic milling centre that allows us to easily tackle the hardest of materials such as CMC’s (Ceramic Matrix Composites), René 95 (super alloy)
and Zerodur. - Of course, we can machine established materials as well (ex: Acetal, Alminium, Steel and Stainless Steel) and we have solid performance from our 4-axis DMG-MORI NLX
1500SY lathe. - Our experienced team has valuable insights that are readily shared with our customers.
